Data Deletion Instructions

1. Remove Facebook Connection

If you would like to stop syncing reviews from your Facebook Page, you can disconnect your Facebook integration at any time:

1. Log in to your FullTable account
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
3. Find the Facebook card and click "Disconnect"

This will immediately stop any future review synchronization from your Facebook Page. Previously synced review data will remain in your FullTable account unless you request full deletion.

2. Self-Service Account Deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account directly from the app without waiting for a manual support review:

• Sign in to FullTable and open Home → Security
• Use the Delete Account action and confirm your password
• The workflow immediately removes your active access, invalidates your session, and marks the account for deletion handling

In addition to user-initiated deletion, FullTable runs automated retention cleanup jobs that purge expired public-feedback tokens, completed campaign recipient data, and stale idempotency records on a recurring schedule.

3. Request Workspace-Wide Deletion

If you need FullTable to delete an entire workspace and associated business data beyond the self-service account workflow:

• Email our support team at support@reviewnudger.com
• Include the account email address, workspace name, and a clear request for data deletion
• We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed

This workflow covers business records, review history, integration data, and other workspace-scoped information that is not removed by the self-service account action.
